I ,Dietician Nidhi Ahuja, am a specialist in Diet and Lifestyle management through Diet, Yoga and Naturopathy . I have done BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from S.N.D.T university and Advance Diploma in physical fitness and weight management from Dr. B.M.N College of home science, Mumbai. Also I have done Diploma Naturopathy & Yoga from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. I have more than 6 years of experience in hospital dietetic department and have also more than 3 years of experience serving clients as freelancer.
My specialities are Weight management, Hormonal disorders like PCOS/ PCOS and Thyroid, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases, Anaemia Gastrointestinal disorders, Kidney Diseases
I strongly believe that more than 80% health issues can be managed through diet and lifestyle modification.
